The Way We Use Information
1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal.
2. We do NOT accept Money order, Cashier Check, Personal Checks or Company Checks! If we receive any Personal Checks or Company Checks, they will be returned to you.
3. We do not accept payments in form of cash, gift card or prepaid card.
4. We verify billing information for orders that has a different shipping information and total exceeds $100.
All orders delivered to California address will be charged the appropriate sales tax.
We verify all billing information provided by our customers. Please enter your billing information correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed for 48 to 72 hours.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed. We will notify the person on the billing information for orders that has a different name and shipping information and exceeds $100. We will not start processing the order until we receive authorization from the billing person.
Orders are processed once your payment has cleared. Processing takes between 7-10 business days. After processing, your order is shipped.
Pinoy Apparel will NOT charge any customer with Hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed after you have entered your shipping information and selected your shipping method. In order for our system to display an accurate shipping fee, please be sure to enter the correct shipping method. Otherwise, your order will be delayed. Please review the details of your order and inform us of any mistakes so that we can expedite the processing of your order.
A tracking code is sent to you as we ship your order. Pinoy Apparel sends products via USPS. Day-definite delivery via USPS is typically between 3-7 business days. International shipping will take longer.
Important: We do NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.
All orders to be processed within approximately 7-10 business days provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Pinoy Apparel does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be processed on the next Monday.
Once a package is dropped off to USPS for delivery, we will not have any control over the package; therefore, we cannot make any guarantees after this point. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will help resolve the dispute at our best ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable.
Pinoy Apparel requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.
To CANCEL or MODIFY your order, please contact us or email info@pinoy-apparel.com BEFORE 2pm PST. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from your total purchase amount for cancellation. Order cancellation is good only on orders that have not been shipped. We cannot guarantee any cancellation and modification.
For all the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, a store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages. If customer requests to re-ship the package, customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fee to resend the package.
We give our customers 5 business days from receipt of the item(s) to notify us of returns or exchanges. Customer is responsible in shipping the package back to us, and, for exchanges, customer will also need to pay the shipping and handling fee for us to ship the package to you. Please include order number and customer contact information for better service. We will wait for the returned item(s) to reach us before we can send the replacement item(s).
If the return or exchange was caused by Pinoy Apparel such as shipping the wrong size, we will be fully responsible for the mistake, and the return shipping fee will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly).
If the return or exchange was not caused by Pinoy Apparel such as customer ordering wrong size, original shipping is not refundable. For returns, a 3% processing/restocking fee will be deducted from your total and credit will be issued.
For packages refused by customers, there may be additional shipping cost charged by carrier.
The item(s) must be returned with tag(s) still attached to the item(s) and the shirt(s) should not smell of cologne, smoke or any other substance. The shirt(s) should also be free of lint, dust, animal hair, etc. Item(s) without the tag(s) attached will be refused; all the return of used condition will not be accepted and will be refused.
NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS OR ITEMS WITH PRICE BELOW $12.99. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred.
Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order. Pinoy Apparel will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.
If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
1. The customer refuses to accept the package
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
Pinoy Apparel reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.
We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping method (Federal Express, DHL/Airborne, UPS or any other company) for any order.
