» What brand and style of tshirts do you use?
Pinoy Apparel uses Alstyle Apparel & Activewear™.
For mens, 6 oz. 100% Cotton Tubular Jersey. Double-needle bottom hem and sleeves. Shoulder-to-shoulder tape. Preshrunk to minimize shrinkage.
For womens, 5.5 oz 100% Ringspun Cotton Tubular T-Shirt. Super-soft ringspun cotton, 1/2" set in collar, double needle bottom hem and sleeves, shoulder tape, preshrunk to minimize shrinkage and machine washable.

» How do I care for the garment?
Dry Clean or Machine Wash. For Machine wash, please turn garment "inside-out" before wash. Set machine to cold with delicate cycle. Use mild detergent. Do NOT bleach. Remove garment from the wash immediately and allow to air dry or tumble dry low. If garment needs to be ironed, iron around the image. Do not iron directly on the image. If image needs to be ironed, set iron to low cotton setting and use a Teflon® sheet or parchment paper to cover the image before ironing.

» When is my order going to arrive?
Orders are processed once your payment has cleared. Processing takes between 7-10 business days. After processing, your order is shipped. A tracking code is sent to you as we ship your order. Pinoy Apparel sends products via USPS. Day-definite delivery via USPS is typically between 3-7 business days. International shipping will take longer.

» What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards through Paypal and Google Checkout for your convenience. We also accept money order and bank deposit upon request.

» Do I need a Paypal account to purchase?
No. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase tshirts and merchandise from Pinoy Apparel.
On step 2 of 2 of the checkout process, select the Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express option under "How would you like to pay for your order? Then click on "Complete my purchase" button. Clicking on the button will transfer you to Paypal.
To pay with your credit card without signing up for Paypal, click on "Continue" under the "Don't have a Paypal account?" heading.

We offer sales periodically. Check our site often for special promotions. You can also add "PinoyApparel" in your twitter account so we can inform you of upcoming specials. As much as we would like to have branches all over the world, Pinoy Apparel is exclusively an online retailer. You can only purchase Pinoy Apparel products through our website.
